No Cheese room but a Fine Wine Vault
Another evening game, watching Spurs from the H Club, this time against Brighton in the Premier League.
When: Tuesday 23rd April 2019, 7.45 pm kick-off
Where: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, NW17, London
We ate in the Fine Dining restaurant this time, having dined in the Brasserie for the last game. For this game, the food was by the Galvin brothers and was incredible.
I went for:
Canapes - Gourgeres, Lobster and cod brandade, Smoked duck with truffle remoulade
Starter - Pressed terrine of Landes chicken, ham hock & celeriac, sauce gribiche
Main - Filet of belted Galloway beef, roast baby artichokes, shallot puree & roast bone marrow
Dessert - Vanilla chocolate marquise, fresh honeycomb and mint and choc-chip ice cream
Half time - Pithivier old spot pork, apple and sage marmalade
Full time - a selection of Artisan cheese
The Cheese Room
Despite all the rumours, there is no cheese room at Spurs although there are a microbrewery and a wine and spirits vault.
Within the H Club, there's 'The Vault' has a locker for each H club member to store fine wine and spirits. This season we got a bottle of whisky and gin as a gift.
What is The H Club
